Congratulations (2023) is a moving image and sonic work rooted in non-success and failure as well as being tongue in cheek. It meanders through themes of sisterhood, farewells, departures, and electric senses of arrival without being bound to any particular time period or location. It is a contemporary visual harmony of loss, worship and obsession, attempting to build a landscape where queerness is slippery and refuses its centre - jilting itself at the alter and toying with themes of meditation and mania.
